This post looks like you had written my feelings about that inpending elections with every detail (only voted 1 time, should vote again, the confusion after looking at the polling card, not knowing whats going on in politics, doing research on that matter, .. ).

I totally agree to an url on the notification-paper, with an overview of the parties and their program, like you suggested above. 


The problem with the websites not containing enough information or even outdated infos reminds me of some test i&#039;ve read in the past. The websites of every major German party have been checked with the w3c validator.. with in the end no site beeing without at least 10 erros. 10 was the absolute minimum, the better part featured 50 to 500 erros in the html and css.</description>
