A photo of a harbour. On the left a pier stretches out into the image with post spaced periodically. To the right are a number of yachts docked. Between the two the sun rises into a cloudy sky. The light reflects off the clouds and the rippled water bathing the image in an orange glow.

I was on a work trip to Boston recently and one of the benefits of jetlag is that you wake up early enough to be able to get out and take photos on the sunrise. When I first got out I didn’t think I was going to get anything good because of the clouds but in the end the clouds were perfectly spaced to reflect the early morning sun and light up the harbour.
